A Local Energy Agency of Castilla y León is looking for partners for a CIP-IEE-2010 project proposal.
This project aims at developing of the necessary tools (procedures, documents, financing models) to implement Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) by Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) that combine energy efficiency measures, renewable energies and integrated maintenance. They are looking for Chambers of Commerce, Building Manager/Administrators, Energy Agencies, ESCOS Companies or SMES wishing to become ESCOS with previous experience in the subject of the project, preferably from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Germany.
