Overall Objectives
1. To promote more energy efficient and cleaner freight movements across Europe, to improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, improve air quality and reduce carbon generation.
2. To train up auditors in the evaluation of vehicle fleet operations and in the provision of advice on how to improve energy efficiency.
3. To transfer knowledge and exchange experience between experienced municipalities and other organisations and less experienced municipalities and other organisations
